This was a great find. It is perfectly located at Arc de Triomf, in an area with lots of restaurants, groceries, and easy access to the metro. It was much larger than expected, with two bathrooms and an office. Proprietors were very responsive by WhatsApp. Entry was easy by code, and there were free lockers in the lobby to hold our luggage when we arrived early.

The neighboring building had a noisy door closer. Other than that, nothing to note.

This was absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. Impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious and staff were most accommodating. Ease of access and amenities were awesome! Loved everything about it! AND a great location in the center of Barcelona!

Everything was awesome!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing location, modern apartment. Everything you need is there.

Beds are small and bed sheets are for one (couple) but not the single individuals. Water has chlorine smell. Sometimes metro shakes the house.

Very spacious for two people and a great location for Palau of Catalan Music. It's less than 15 min walk and about 30 mins to La Sagrada Familia. The apartment faces away from the street so there's no street noise. You will notice vibration from the Metro line L1. However, it didn't disturb our sleep. It's also great to have an L1 station very close. Nearby Honest Greens restaurant offers a nice respite from ham if you want one and La Triunfal is nice for tapas! Tosca Palau is right across from Catalan Music Palace and has a great late night tapas special.
