I absolutely love the neighborhood of Westwood, especially this section near UCLA and how easy it was to get to the property off of Sepulveda coming from the 405 Freeway North.
The only thing I can say is the narrow street, but that was planned decades ago 😂

Accommodated last minute booking g & extension with ease. Quaint cozy no frills space to work & sleep. Hot shower was awesome. Portable heater, hot water kettle, mini fridge & micro helpful. Safe neighborhood.
Bathroom was not very clean; dark due to 1 of 2 lighting fixture didn’t work. No trash can, mug or dish soap. Electric stove top but no pot/pan so couldn’t use if wanted to. No couch as listed. Location is very steep if u don’t have a car. Walls thin so loud noises from neighbor if you don’t have headphones. Need to shuffle sideways through narrow bathroom space.
