nice staffs and nice vibe! an open dining area is good for socialising with other guests as well as staffs.

A unique and beautiful accomodation built out of natural wood and other natural materials. Villa Rosa is a peaceful, comforting, rejuvenating place to stay. We felt at home. We loved the swing chairs and beds near the bar area. The staff were very attentive, helpful, caring and respectful, always ready to assist in whatever way. The laundry staff especially went out of their way to do our dirty laundry after kilimanjaro climb which we were truly greatful for. We were treated with great breakfast every morning which is included in the cost. Thank you Villa Rosa, you guys did not only serve us, you became family.

The water was hot and the male worker were very nice and helpful. The morning smoothie was decent.

The staff, especially the female workers, would often stare at me and never say anything. They mentioned a restaurant at the location, but it only had one meal, and when I asked for food, they said it was too late. My room was next to the workers, and they were so loud all night and day. I was unable to shut the windows from the inside my room.
