The building has its own gate to the Henrykowski Park and also an inner playground and plenty of trees. The greenery itself makes it exceptional when compared with other residential spaces in Warsaw. The apartment is comfortable for a family of three, the facilities are basic but were enough for us. The parking is free and there are a few shops nearby. It’s far away from the centre, but without weekday traffic it was very easy to get everywhere by car. It may get very hot (we stayed early May) but there’s AC (which we didn’t use).
A basic coffee maker for ground coffee or pods would be great.
