The location and the comfort of the community balcony and sitting area.
I did not like there were no live people. On night one, we got locked out of hotel during major storm after dinner. I wanted towels but didn’t realize until last day they were on Floor 4. The coffee pot was a pour over.

I enjoyed how quiet the place was, and the staff were happy to help me retrieve the bottle of wine I left in the fridge shortly after checkout! It was well located, with walkable access to minigolf, an ice cream parlor, and a full service restaurant, as well as a very short drive to a farmers market with hot food and coffee.
Would have appreciated some onsite food or drink option for purchase that wasn't the full service restaurant next door, like a minibar or vending machine. While the concierge closet was available and generally stocked, I wasn't super thrilled that there was no housekeeping at all during my stay unless requested specifically (and it seemed to come with an additional charge too).

The Hotel was fantastic. New and the views were outstanding. Right on the lake and the amenities were great. Great restaurant nearby with light cool Jazz. I was impressed.
