5 minutes from the beach. Parking on site. Clean and comfortable for a short stay.
Mattress a bit uncomfortable on bed. No outdoor space available (but that was made clear on the description), smoking smell from next door.

It was cosy, and just the right size for me and the dog. Claire, who manages property is very helpful and friendly.
The next door neighbours were really noisy until late at night. (They appeared to be permanent resident and not a holiday let). This was reason I dropped a point.

I love how homely it felt.
The host, Claire was wonderful, she checked in on me once I was settled and introduced herself.
Lovely little studio!
