You'll find motorized watercraft, basketball, and more on site at this family-friendly apartment. Jump into your car and make short work of the 40-minute drive to Lido Beach or the 18-minute drive to Bradenton Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at table tennis and billiards, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and library.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a computer station, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
