Without a doubt, this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed tired, uninterested, and made us feel anything but welcome. We stayed in a house divided into two apartments, but the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear almost every word from the family next door, making it impossible to relax. The room felt old and not very clean. Towels and bed linen were handed to us in a plastic bag for us to unpack and make the beds ourselves. It felt more like a budget hostel than a four-star hotel. The food was awful. The prices were high, but the quality was extremely poor. My son’s lasagna was still frozen in the middle when it was served. Even more surprising for a resort in Tuscany, there was only one red wine available. Breakfast was equally disappointing: loud music, overcrowded, paper cups for drinks, poor refills, dry bread, and inedible scrambled eggs. The biggest surprise is that this hotel has four stars. We have stayed in two- and three-star hotels that were far better in every way. Leaving the hotel was honestly a relief. We will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, good price for what you get. The sea is perfect as well as the beach and the region is fantastic. I recommend visiting Lucca for the night out and dinning.

My husband and I came for a weekend with our dog. When we first arrived, I was a bit disappointed as our apartment was on the other side of the road, quite a long way from the beach. The apartment is rather dated, but spotless and spacious. I had imagined a little cabin, a few steps away from the seat, but those do not accept pets. Then I started to realize how lovely this resort is. The vegetation is luscious, it has a nice coffee shop and a beautiful swimming pool. Because we came in June it was still very quiet and we had the whole pool to ourself. The beach is gorgeous, sandy, and very long. At the end of the weekend we agreed that this place is beautiful and great value from money. I’m already looking to see when we can come back.

Fitness center is very good,tennis courts are ok , maybe can be improved the maintenance of the net ( couple of them was not properly set up).the sea is great , like Sardinia in the morning ...and with Beautiful waves sometimes to have fun...the lifeguards are the best ever seen . What can be improved is the level of the evening events arranged by the stuff : probably ok for childrens but not for adult people...people at the reception are amazing and always available.
