The staff were very helpful at check-in but we did find it a little off putting to have the time share sales people 'accost' us as we made our way to the lifts to go to our room. They informed us it was the 2nd stage of checking in - which is simply not true! We politely declined being subjected to a sales pitch. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. I can recommend this property...and it was much quieter than where we had stayed previously in Midtown where traffic noise reached us even on the 17th floor.

Staff is the best, they make feel very welcomed. Prime location, very close to Grand Central Station and other landmarks. Rooms are above average in space, for NYC. Definitely my favorite hotel on the area
