Room was very clean, location was super great, super convenient, easy to walk around everywhere. We would certainly stay in again. Thank you.

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic just a couple of minutes from the tube and the room was lovely.
The only thing I didnt like was we had no receptionist on site, I knew that in advance but I found the codes at the hotel awkward, everything else I loved and we got the hotel for a really good price but probably next time I would pay a little more to have the receptionist in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Rome, what a beautiful city with so many things to do, beautiful food, lovely people and amazing central location at the hotel and beautiful weather.

I booked the place last minute and Luca was wonderful! He gave me instructions on how to access the guesthouse , was very helpful and answered every questions I had. The location of the place is very convenient and close to everything. Will definitely stay there again.
