I enjoyed this hotel very much! The view from my 19th floor room was spectacular.

Staff was helpful, and tried hard to please. Buffet breakfast a plus. But, no wifi in room as advertised, no airport shuttle as advertised, no nightclub or bar as advertised, outrageous laundry charges. Renovations ongoing all day with what sounded like jackhammers a near constant.
Immediate area not pedestrian friendly, broken pavement and high traffic.
