Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and comfy. Location of hotel is average, but close to taxis and bus lines.

The neighbourhood is wonderful with plenty of cafes close by and walking distance to the center or Porto. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are lovely. I would stay here again.
The parking down the block which the hotel has a deal with is a good value at 15€ per night.
