Friendly and helpful owners who proactively planned for our arrival. Nice clean and cozy room. Great location in middle of Lancaster area attractions.

We enjoyed our stay here - the room was clean and had a private entrance. We were pleased.

Great for a cheaper overnight stay than others in the area. Rooms could use serious modernization. Air conditioner is a noisy room unit. They stopped serving a continental breakfast a while back. Room was clean. Owners are very nice and helpful. No frills, bare bones, but not a bad budget room for trippers to the area.

We would highly recommend That you stay here. The owners were excellent. The air condition worked perfectly and it was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. We will be back here next year.
