Very clean & friendly staff… very nice hotel

Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for.
Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay.
