the owner gave me a better room with a nice church view from the balcony. Very charmingly decorated hotel. I liked the high-ceiling and spaciousness of the room I stayed.

The property a was great except for a couple of minor things. We were on the third floor and carrying luggage up and down the spiral stairs wasn't fun and the shower was not very roomy. Other than that we loved our room with an outside patio view of Old Chania. The gentleman (I forgot his name but he either owns it or ran it) that checked us in was extremely friendly and informative. We would definitely stay there again if/when we ever go back to Chania.
