I really don’t want to say anything bad about this place because the people were truly fantastic but this was not my favorite stay. In terms of safety (especially being a solo female traveler) I felt very safe. If you’re looking for a secluded and gorgeous spot this is definitely it. The cabins are not great but the location really does make up for it. I did see the biggest spider of my life due to a hole in the bathroom that really threw me off in terms of this stay though. The boys of the owner thankfully came and got it out but as someone who is not the greatest with big bugs, I would recommend finding a more secure stay if that is an issue for you. There were ants everywhere and there wasn’t a fan until I asked for one which made it very difficult to sleep. The electricity is only on at night which is fine but it’s a lot when it’s super hot and there is no fan. The food was always good but you didn’t get any option on what you ate. You got what you got. You also sit with everyone else who is staying at the place at a big table so if you are looking to have your own space or be solo this isn’t the best place for it. Personally I liked it though because it opened conversation with new people. The location really is breathtaking. Everyone is so nice and they have the cutest dogs and one eyed cat!

Really basic accommodation but it is absolute beachfront and all bed linen is freshly washed. It's such a different experience here from the resorts so as long as you're not expecting 5 stars, you will hopefully love it as much as we did. The staff are so happy, funny and friendly. Their village and the locals there are lovely. You can have long, lazy days around your cabin or organise adventures nearby such as the caves. It's great to share meal times with the other guests and to chat about everyone's experiences. The boys love to party and are so much fun!!! We loved it!!!!

Very nice stay. Very nice staff. They have a boat and arrange trips to snorkeling spots.
