Very central to all the things Florence offers.

Clean, comfortable and very hospitable lodging in a great location in a great city.

Great location. WiFi was pretty bad but everything else was good

Lorenzo was an outstanding host and we had an excellent stay. We are Brazilian, and from the first moment he made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described — everything worked perfectly and we felt at home right away. Lorenzo’s reception was impeccable: friendly, warm, and extremely patient. Since my wife and I don’t speak Italian, he took the time to explain everything slowly and clearly, which made the check-in and the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was also excellent. Every time we went out and the room was cleaned, our luggage and personal belongings were always left exactly as we had placed them, which made us feel comfortable and respected. Overall, great value and a truly reliable, professional, and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone visiting Florence — especially other Brazilians who may feel unsure about the language. Eternal gratitude, Lorenzo — from your Brazilian friends, Matheus & Amanda.
