Villa Afrikana Guest Suites by Knysna Paradise Collection

Beautiful room with the most amazing view. Eating a delicious breakfast on our terrace was just heavenly. The staff here are wonderful, they couldn’t be more helpful, but never in an intrusive way. I’d like to give a special mention to Tracey who greeted us with a smile and answered all our queries. The only minor niggle for us was that after a week of travel we had planned to do our laundry here but they are not currently offering a laundry service however we did find a self service laundrette in town. If you’re thinking of booking here you will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Best welcoming team ever. Champagne and strawberries, afternoon tea with cake and cookies, breakfast served in the room. Balcony with a wonderful view of the bay....

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were the best part. So friendly and welcoming. They waited on us hand and foot and no request was too much for them. They were just amazing and made us feel like celebrities. The room was beautiful with amazing views. Absolutely spotless as well. Thanks so much for having us!!!

Just such a wonderful place. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It really is Paradise 10 stars all the way.
