The Iris Hotel is a lovely small hotel about a 10min walk from the centre of Forio. I had a lovely large room with a small terrace looking out towards the ocean in the background. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic and quite large compared to others I had used throughout Europe.
The grounds are well maintained and the pool was just perfect for lazing around and having a dip when it got too hot. The hotel itself if located about 500m from the main road but there is a bus stop right on that corner and if you take the ferry into Forio the hotel will collect you. I was very happy with my stay here - in fact wished I'd stayed longer.
