Great location

The apartment was satisfactory for me and my two adult children. Having air conditioning was wonderful given we were in London during a heat wave. However, there were a few issues: 1) we texted the contact when we were arriving, and yet had to wait outside in the heat for him to let us in - there was another family waiting as well, 2) we were told we were on the second floor and then found out we were up five flights of stairs, 3) the tension rod for the shower curtain collapsed the first time we touched it - we were able to put it back in place, but this happened several times. 3) my son slept on the pull-out bed in the living room/kitchen area, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The flat is in a great location with lots to do and proximity to museums, cafes and restaurants, buses and the tube.

Great ammenities and all in good working order.

Clean apartment and comfortable with nice bathroom and powerful shower. Good location. Only problem was lift was broken, hopefully gets fixed soon. Kind check-in man carried my heavy case down the stairs but had to do it myself in the morning. Phew. I would book again.
