Paolo was very friendly and responded quickly. Checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything and gave recommendations for places to eat. Great location

We actually got lost getting to the property, we followed Google Maps and information at Rio Magiorre and not the instructions.
Paola came and rescued us. He was so nice and charming.
The property was the nicest and largest we stayed at in Italy and we had a beautiful view from our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well.
We received a free bottle of wine and some cakes.
Our stay was amazing and I can’t recommend it enough. The only downside, we won’t be returning soon enough.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Paolo was so helpful and attentive. We even received a welcome gift. The hotel is up the hill in a quiet area, and is easy to get to from the train station, because Riomaggiore has couple of elevators to take you up the hill.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! Great location! Beautiful view and the room was clean, well stocked and beds comfy! The temp outside was over 30 and the air conditioning worked great. Paole left us a bottle of wine, coffee and snacks. He gave clear directions and passes to the elevator and path for the length of our stay.
