Love the location. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but still very close to transport and food options. It was such a great area to wake up and find a little coffee shop and wander the street early.
The room was a good size for our family of four and had everything you needed, particularly the washing machine. The beds were also really comfy. We would come back and stay here again

This was our third time staying at this property. We like the location and convenience to local transportation. It also includes a washer, which is a must for our family. Nearby, we walk to the local supermarket and often cook in our own kitchen. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is in a nice, quiet part of Kyoto close to Nijo castle. It is also close to a subway station and a number of good restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and off-hours access was no problem. The staff at reception were very helpful and helped us ship our luggage and find various services within the city. Would definitely stay here again.
