Comfy huge bed. We were in a unit leading straight into the lagoon from the patio.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, warm, considerate, and genuinely caring. My daughter was unwell during our stay, and the kindness and compassion they showed towards her meant so much to me. They made us feel very comfortable and cared for, and I am extremely grateful for that.
The facilities were also excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and all the common areas were kept beautifully clean and well maintained.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience despite my daughter being unwell. The exceptional staff and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and for treating us with such warmth and kindness.
