Close to skiing, a ski area, and more, this family-friendly cottage brings it all within reach. Lake Shangri-La is an easy 7-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 4-minute drive to Big Boulder Lake.

After you return, you can unwind on the balcony or sip a drink by the firepit. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and pool table.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a BBQ grill, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as an ice maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's a washer/dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
