In general a good property with a good location, but this unit needs a little help. The kitchen and living areas were all good and the unit was clean. However, there are issues with the beds and the bathroom. The pull out bed is so saggy in the middle it like sleeping inside a V. Maybe it is broken. The bed in the bedroom is extremely hard, again to the point of almost unusable. I can usually sleep anywhere but this was like sleeping on a hardwood floor. Needed to add a blanket as a topper for some extra cushioning. Lastly, the toilet did not flush well and kept running. If using this unit, bring an air mattress or pad and don't plan on using the pull out for anyone but a small child.

Great location for the races.

The rooms were spacious and still gave cozy vibes. There were some dried flowers on the floor and found a few balls of hair on the carpet. Other than that everything was tidy.
Personally the beds were quite firm and were still spring mattresses so not the most comfortable.
The confirmation email made check-in very simple by giving you a guest portal with all information needed to enter buildings and rooms as well.
Location was great, beautiful view and would 100% recommend to others.
Would stay here again!
