When we booked this it did say we would have a kettle in the room which we didn't, the shower wasn't very powerful and took a while to warm up. Other than that the staff are very helpful, room cleaned every day, the location is spot on and easy walking distance to most things including the railway station.

Excellent location, in easy walking distance of all the main sites. Great price, considering. We received a lovely welcome from the staff on arrival, and warm greetings whenever we crossed paths throughout the trip. The lovely lady who greeted us on day 1 also showed us to our room and gave us a map and beakdown of nearby attractions and recommended food spits. The room itself was clean and spacious (3 adults; 1 double bed and 2 singles) with a clean and equally spacious bathroom. The room was regularly serviced and the staff were on hand for anything else we needed, e.g. extra towels. Would definitely recommend!
