The room was pleasant enough for a nights stay, everything we needed was provided. We pre- booked our evening meal in the restaurant as it is very popular, the food was excellent! & the service too. Breakfast was very good & cooked to perfection.
The room could do with a little updating, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was an early window for a weekend & checkout too which was 10am.

Was very close for town harbour and steam trains
Staff very friendly nothing to much trouble and breakfast was very good
If I was coming back to Porthmadog I would definitely stay here again
Very clean and room was cleaned everyday and comfy bed
Only thing I didn’t like was never enough tea and milk at to keep going for some so I bought both in the end so if you like your tea need to do so
Booking in isn’t plain enough you have to do at restaurant at next door and although states 2.30pm book in took us until 2.45 to get someone’s attention maybe this can be made easier as no answer after ringing the doorbell

Location to town, the steam railway and Portmeirion
Noisy electrical appliances that kept us awake throughout the night

Breakfast was ok. Bit disappointed that toast took a while to arrive with the breakfast.
Otherwise all good
The bathroom was very cold. could have done with a heated towel rail or some kind of heating.
Also plaster was coming off the ceiling. I know it was an old building but still.....
Otherwise room warm enough when we turned on the radiator.
