Friendly place easy to get around great breakfasts

An excellent find with very friendly owners. The guest house is situated in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood, but very accessible to Edinburgh. Bus stops are at the end of the road and the journey to the centre is no more than 15 minutes. Cafes, eateries and pubs are all within a short walk. The Edinburgh Botanical Gardens are close by and a must to see.
