Stayed last minute due to a flight cancellation staff on reception at check in were amazing and really helpful.
They were accommodating when we requested a room change. We only ate breakfast the choice was very good as was the quality. You do need a car as quite remote but the small town has a couple of restaurants.
The chain does have other hotels in the town and has a small train that links them every 20 mins.
