Our stay at the Colony Reef was the perfect family get away. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. We will definitely be back and we have already referred friends.

Nice place to relax

8 / 10

Property needs some updates: master closet would not close properly, water pressure not good, and had a weird smell. The property elevator did not work the first two days we were there. Other than that it was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Overall a great stay.

Just a short distance from the ocean, this smoke-free condo lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to St. Augustine Beach or the 7-minute drive to Butler Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the indoor pool, or sip a drink on the balcony of this condo, which also features an outdoor pool. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include towels and toilet paper. And there's a washer/dryer, so you can even pack a bit lighter. Other amenities include a dining area, bed sheets, heating, and a dining table.
