Dominik welcomed us when we arrived. He was very friendly and explained everything that we need to know, which makes our stay easier and we did not have to drive to the old city. Property is more than adequate. AC was perfect! Blasting cold air throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Guest House Kono in May, 2025. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of steps, all downhill on the way to Old Town. There is a reserved parking spot on the street just above the apartment. The kitchen is not well appointed, so I wouldn't plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay. The apartment was clean, and comfortable for 4 people. There was a little deferred maintenance, e.g., a loose toilet seat and stopped up shower drain. Overall, I would recommend the apartment for the location, cleanliness and comfort if you are staying in Dubrovnik.

Guest House Kono was a great location for a quick visit to Dubrovnik. We walked to and from the old town without an issue. The view is fantastic and the balcony was the perfect spot for enjoying the morning and evening after a day around Dubrovnik. The parking is a bit tight for a full size car, but it is doable. At the time we were there, the balcony slider was not lockable which was a bit unnerving but okay.
