Close to 2 nice low key restaurants and a grocery store, view of the lake, clean, warm, nice beds, everything works great.
Right on Ave Bustillo with single pane windows and very noisy well into the late night hours.

We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well.
