A classy heritage property with beautiful old-world charm. However, it would truly shine with more attention to upkeep. Routine maintenance of furniture, fittings, glasswork, and in-room amenities could be improved to match the grandeur the property promises.

Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed.
