Shuttle service is a bit inconsistent but overall good experience.

The hotel is still new, and all amenities look and feel premium. Staff are friendly and are willing to help. Room service is exceptional, but the shuttle timing to and from the Haram needs more attention. Apart from that, this hotel is a hidden gem.
