We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is located in a very safe area and within walking distance of most things we wanted to see. They arranged for car pickup at airport and breakfast every morning with fresh pastries were wonderful. I look forward to staying here again!
The gentleman who took care of guests in the morning was so friendly and full of recommendations.

John who is the caretaker made sure we had an excellent experience, he made us a great breakfast every morning, provided us with touring information and ensured the room was cleaned everyday to perfection, would return to property on my next trip to Rome

Clean with an excellent shower and a very quiet stay. Great location for our needs. At breakfast, John was very attentive and helpful. Felt our stay was more of a B&B experience and less like a hotel.
