Situated in a rural area, this welcoming villa brings all of Montepulciano within your reach. Val di Chiana is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers uncovered onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 30-minute drive to Lake Trasimeno.

Relax by the outdoor pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink in the garden of this 1507-sq-ft villa, which also features a balcony or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the TV.

As you settle into this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a bidet and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an espresso maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
