It was a beautiful condo with plenty of space! It’s very convenient to everything! It has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The only downside is it needs a deep cleaning especially the rugs, sofa, all accent pillows, and bedding. It also needs an instruction manual for ease of check in items as parking passes & parking rules. Overall I would stay here again.

Broken nightstand in master bedroom. Dishwasher would not drain. Basically the beautiful view from the balcony was the best part a lot of space but completely outdated and a lot of cosmetic repairs needed.

The property was nice. It was clean for the most part. There was a swim suit left ont the back of one of the doors and crumbs on the fold out sofa bed. Other than that it was cleaned. The view is amazing and the master bath tub is a treat, however the hot water doesn't get very hot and only last a few mins. So when the family has to take turns to shower we had to wait in between for the water get back hot. That was annoying. My biggest problem was Expedia advertising this property check out time as 10AM only to get the contract and it was 9AM. The company blamed me for booking through Expedia and told me to let you all know. So Expedia you need to update any policies for rentals according to their current policy or you will continue to see complaints about false advertising. I wont be staying here again because that hour really matters when you have family of 7 with young kids.

The view was outstanding. The parking was ok. One lot was very far away. The room was clean but did see bugs in the unit. Called to get the places sprayed which they did.
