Aneesh from the front desk was amazing he changed my room on request and was very helpful. Sidiq at the restaurant was amazing and provided hot freshly made omlettes as part of the breakfast which was truly great service.
I would recommend staying there as service is great, the staff amazingly helpful and very close to Euston station

The smallest room I have ever been in. Lovely , but the quest of more rooms and less space is insane.
You can not move around or open a suitcase. Is good for a quick overnight but very uncomfortable for anything else.
