We had a really pleasant stay with Ivan. The host communicated exceptionally well, was very friendly, and gave good recommendations for restaurants and things to see around the city. The property was close to central Split but quite far from the beach (at least a 20 minute walk if not more, especially to the nicer beaches). It was quite expensive for what it was (relatively basic although clean) - but overall we don’t have any complaints: it was very clean, good location, safe.

Basic, a little small, but in a great location. Ivan is very helpful.

Fantastic location for exploring Split. Ivan was great, very helpful and friendly just as all the other reviews say. Would recommend staying here to friends.

Our room was clean and seemed new. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful highlighting local sites. He also allowed us an extra hour to depart on the last day. We enjoyed the old town, especially Diocletian’s Pslace, but be prepared for large crowds, especially if a cruise ship is in town. Exploring The palace sub-structure monument was also fascinating. We took a bus/Uber to visit the Roman ruins of Salona and Klis Fortress, amazing,
