Hôtel Koh-I Nor by Les Etincelles

Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. Overall a great experience for holiday vacation

Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way to cool it down other than opening a window/door. The boot room didn’t have locks on the doors or anywhere to store skis (which I assume is because everyone rents from their ski shop but that was expensive), and even with the transfers it is removed from the centre of the resort, so you will spend a lot of time walking up and down hill - but that was our choice. Definitely would go again.

Beautiful property in a stunning location & super facilities with easy ski in & out

Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.
