Our overall experience was great! The place had lots of fun things for our families to use.!! There were a few things that could be improved! The elevator on the smaller side did not work. The internet was very poor with very slow service when it did work. The beach umbrellas were both broken & the beach equipment was not in the best condition. For the price, the supplies were extremely limited compared to other vacation rentals we’ve used. However, we all had an amazing time! Thank you!

Refrigerator was broken and leaking water, and began beeping constantly during our last night and morning. The grill control handles did not turn to regulate the fire and we need pliers to do that. The grill did not get hot enough and we had to finish cooking in the oven. A toilet was not functioning properly. Very disappointing for what we paid, 24,000. Location and amenities were excellent and family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation despite issues noted.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The kids stayed in the apartment and the adults in the main house. It was heaven. The pool area with the putting green, pool table, ping pong table and corn hole game was great. The kids always had something to occupy them. The pool with its waterfalls and hot tub was just amazing. Being right on the beach was the best. We had breakfast every morning on the deck outside of the kitchen area and watched dolphins and manatees swim by and feed. The free AMI trolley stop was right outside the front door and took us all over the island. Best vacation we’ve had in a while.

The home is beautifully decorated, although could use a good dusting on the art work and such! Kitchens were both well stocked. Induction stove on 1 side and pans seemed to be mixed up from both sides as some of them did not work on the induction stove. Beach proximity was perfect! Unfortunately, maintenance issues during our stay were not so great : / several calls to Maintenace. 2 calls about the Pool malfunction, staff had to fix it twice. Called them for the elevator which broke 3 hours post our arrival. Maintenance came once, said it could not be fixed then again on our last day which they did replace a part and it was fixed then. Given 4 floors and connection to both units on top or bottom floor id not make for a pleasant experience for anyone, least of all the 2 grandmothers in our group who were limited in their ability to climb stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our time, just wish we had a working elevator.
