The staff is very nice and give us a much larger room after I complaining about noises from the heater in the original assigned room.

It was as absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is peaceful and calm, My room was clean , spacious and beautiful with every amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Every single staff I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless.
The location of the hotel is another highlight.its perfectly situated close to several shops. Whether I wanted to explore or shopping, everything I needed was a short walk.
Will come back again and truly recommend this place
