"The location is great. The Cottage was clean and had everything we could wish for and the personal touches of the host are wonderful. Lake Champlain viewed from the windows is just some 150 yards away..."

The location is great. The Cottage was clean and had everything we could wish for and the personal touches of the host are wonderful. Lake Champlain viewed from the windows is just some 150 yards away. The traffic on East Shore N was minimal and perfect for the biking we enjoyed.

The views from the windows are breathtaking—one view of the lake and the other of rolling fields. You wouldn't think to see farms all around the lake, but it's absolutely beautiful just keep the windows closed or you will smell the manure at times. The cottage looks small but with the high ceilings and windows, it's very open. I just wish there was a ceiling fan and TV in the bedroom, but it was overall a great stay.
