I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only aspect I did not particularly like was the towel exchange process. Guests were required to bring used towels downstairs to exchange them for fresh ones. In my opinion, it would be more convenient if housekeeping could collect and replace towels directly in the room during servicing. This would provide a more comfortable and seamless guest experience.
Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.
