Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!

Check in was difficult, mix up with rooms. Getting an home of someone was very difficult and ended up talking to housekeeping who weren’t surprised. Advertised beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use but the chairs werelocked up and no umbrellas or beach towels to use. The room was gorgeous and huge when we eventually had it figured out but still. Would actually stay again but hope the hiccups are fixed and better communication.

It’s a great place but could use some repairs and maintenance.

Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you. Frustrating. Not sure what we woild have done if we didn't get it finally. No person there to assist. We got there Friday afternoon. Saturday morning at 8am we got a text from Talsey the AI bot offering help if needed for places to eat, etc. All in all the rooms and location remain great. I did not like the impersonal and potential for problems of virtual check in. Humans like to talk to humans.
