Fabulous all inclusive resort for families.

This is our 2nd time back to the protur safari park, we were here in 2019 and i must say it was even better than before, reception was friendly, professional and helped with anything you asked, the apartment was lovely fresh and clean, we were there 7 nights and was freshened except 2 days, bar staff lovely and prompt, the waiting staff in the restaurant very quick and observant when your plate was finished no waiting for them to clear, if you were late for bfast you werent rushed out of the dining room, even when late down to the pool we always managed to find beds, food was lovely, alot of selection so you could always find something to eat, entertainment especially for the kids was brilliant, very inclusive hotel, my daughters autistic and finds it hard to join in but she danced at the kids disco most nights, we got a private transfer from the airport as our flight was late arriving, we paid 200 euro for arriving and pick up, brilliant service the only way we will go again, mallorca private transfers, they were lovely to deal with. We got the bus last time and wasnt enjoyable. We went to the reserva water park one day for 2 adults and 2 children was 43.50 euro but all food and drinks again included, it was a lovely change the splash pool wasnt there the last time we went but it was gorgeous too especially for younger children. We had an absolute ball we will go for 10 days next time, thank you all 😊

The pool and food was very nice. The gym wasnt that good though.
