Joanne couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.
My room was spacious with a generous bathroom en suite - great shower with ample hot water … and a handy grab rail for those of us prone to falling over when standing on one leg!
Lovely area and very peaceful.
Lots of helpful information provided in the room, with maps and info on bus routes to get around.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return, or to recommend this b&b.

Spent the last weekend on Joanne's B&B my wife and, we couldn't be happier. The place is beautiful, clean and cozy and the breakfast? Absolute delicious!. Located just 15 minutes from downtown, it is the prefect spot to relax while staying close the citty buzz.
We loved every moment, and if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Vancouver, Joanne’s B&B is a fantastic choice!
