Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company would stay again happily as the price was very competitive.

Comfortable, everything you need, basic rooms, kitchen and living area downstairs, shared bathrooms,
I thought it was a bit cold, but they gave me a heater making everything ok
