Overall its a good place which matches your economic budget. Near to M60 an added advantage. Dont forget to have your food and beverages outside or you can find a tesco super laess than 10mins. Felt good stay happy to recommend.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, there is no lift in this property and we were on 2nd floor with 6 half flights, we asked if there was anything on 1st floor as I'm struggling with hips n knees, the guy on reception not only moved us to ground floor, he came up to carry our bags n move us and couldn't be any more helpful, the parking right outside (free,)and although there was a strong weed smell around the carpark, the inside and our room was airy and clean
