If outdoor temperatures fall to around 50°F or below, the heater may shut off to protect the pool and its equipment, and the water might not be heated until the outside temperature rises above the 50s again - Neighboring properties may have security cameras that are not controlled by the homeowner and may capture portions of the front or backyard
